Good morning Barb!

Here is a little note from Marty and I about our moving experience. First of all, we were probably the worst customers you could have had because:

(1) we did not want to move and

(2) we had just bought a new home, and all new furnishings.

We were stressed about our things being damaged and we had heard so many horror stories about moving companies. Barb was the most professional and friendly of all the people we corresponded with (and there were many), and that is ultimately how Qwest got our business. She kept in touch and answered all of our questions completely and honestly.

Qwest was also very competitive with their prices, however price was not a factor for us. A company that stood behind their service was what we were looking for.

Once the move was booked through Barb, we were contacted by Jerry (Our Driver), and the move was scheduled over 2 days. At exactly the scheduled time, Jerry and three men showed up at my door with smiles on their faces. They advised me of their plan and put me at ease immediately about moving the expensive items in my home. Jerry took note of how my home was set up and communicated with me throughout the process, as he, his wife and daughter would be unpacking for us at the new destination, and I would not be able to be there. His years of experience and care of our possessions was very apparent and very appreciated. I went out briefly, and Jerry left things he had questions about for me to instruct him on, instead of just packing them. These are the little things a customer takes note of. The men worked harder than I could believe the entire two days, with smiles on their faces the whole time. What a pleasant group of people to be with, at a stressful time in peoples lives. Their professionalism was very appreciated.

When I arrived at the new destination the same care was shown at our new home, and much thought and effort was put into how our possessions were unpacked. A couple of items were broken in the move. Jerry immediately contacted a repair person. The repairman was in our home reviewing the damage the next day. All of this was all the same week of Christmas, so were completely surprised at the quick action taken. Our furniture has been repaired and is as good as new.

I would highly recommend Qwest Haven and there personel to anyone looking for movers. They are wonderful people, love what they do, and stand behind their service.

Oh Yah, I need to Praise the truck driver Bill and his helpers, they did a job that is Amazing! Very fast, very professional and very caring. Nice person, only one word I can say to them: EXCELLENT !!!! They just took couple hours and finished unloading. So happy both locations they arrive on time and my stuff nothing broken or lost, everything all I got back.

When I was moving there was a blizzard, and I worry about driver's Bill safety, I know this is hard to drive on the snow and a long way , I truly admire his courageous! when I came here is on Dec., 3 Monday, That day was snowing and cold then when we flight that time had very strong turbulence make me so scare, and we delay one hour and a half to get to Calgary, when I can see my husband again I almost cry!
Before when I planning for moving I was fall to the stress and fear, but now I knew if moving just go hire your company, everything no need to be worries!

I will go to the some website to tell anyone how good your company and driver service, let they know choose your company for moving is Advisable!

(PS. but have to wait until to next year I will go do that !) Now I send you my picture for you keep , hopefully someday we can meet with dinner ! Bye now ~~

I just wanted to write and thank you and Qwest Haven Relocations for your excellent service!!! Moving can be a very difficult event in someone's life. For us it happened very quickly and was highly stressful.

We found that right from the beginning with the Qwest Haven people, with yourself being the first person we dealt with, that we were supported, informed, treated with integrity, honesty, fairness and just as importantly and crucially with kindness and cheerfulness. Thank you for your help with arranging the move of personal items and a car from Calgary, Alberta to London, Ontario. The many questions and concerns that I had in arranging the move were alleviated by your professional manner. You handled the fact that I was unsure of what was being shipped or what the final destination point would be with patience and were able to work around the lack of information that was being provided.

I also would like to thank the driver for keeping us informed of his location and estimated delivery time. We were able to make the final arrangements based upon his telephone calls.

Again, thank you for arranging the logistics of the move for us.
